PASSION Chocolate was founded in 2020, we’re on a mission to continually evolve, measuring our impact, and looking to create breathtaking chocolates every day.

We work painstakingly in small batches by hand right here in Okinawa, Japan.

The bonbons are hand-shelled, and we use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible.
In addition, we polish each mold individually to ensure that the bonbons retain their beautiful shine. We take no shortcuts in the process because we know every single step makes a difference in the end.

We aim to create products that were made with the same love and attention as those in Michelin Starred restaurants while remaining accessible to all chocolate-lovers.
